Save $3,470 On Your New Heating And Cooling System!
I know what you are probably thinking... “What do I have to do to ‘save’ $3,470?”
A headline like this usually has some sort of a catch to go along with it. Most companies inflate their
prices so that they can give a big discount.
This Is Not A Gimmick!
Events have conspired to maximize your savings. Between the Federal enconomic stimulus legislation and
rebates from the State of Indiana, NIPSCO, and York, you could save as much as $3,780 on select high
efficiency heating and cooling systems!
Here Are The Details:
The $3,870 savings is comprised of three separate rebates and one tax credit. You must qualify for each
of these incentives to recognize the full savings.
| Federal Tax Credit1 |
Up To $1,500 |
| NIPSCO Rebate2 |
Up To $270 |
| York Rebate (Through August 31, 2009)3 |

How Much Will This Cost?
The cost for a replacement heating and cooling system does vary from home to home based on a
variety of factors such as size of home, difficulty of installation, types of accessories, etc.
In general, however, a system for a typical 1,800 to 2,000 square foot home that qualifies for
all of the credits and rebates mentioned above would cost about $10,842. This includes installation
of the furnace, air conditioner, thermostat, high efficiency air cleaner, and a humidifier.
Because most of us don’t have $10,842 sitting around collecting dust, we do have financing
options available. Qualified buyers can take advantage of 12-Months, Same-As-Cash or 6.99% APR
financing with approved credit. If you want to make sure that you qualify for financing before
you have someone out to your home, you can
