What Is It?
You’ll never have to worry about paying for the same repair twice with a Maintenance PlusSM Premium Lifetime Repair Labor Guarantee. We guarantee the labor on repairs made in your home as long as you are a member.

What Are The Requirements/Limitations?

  • This is automatically cancelled if the Maintenance Plus Premium program lapses due to failure to renew the plan before its scheduled expiration date or for charges declined due to returned check(s), declined credit or debit card(s), etc.
  • The plan holder must follow our maintenance recommendations (i.e., service intervals, filter replacement schedule, humidifier servicing, etc.).
  • Repair services must be performed by our technicians. Repairs or modifications made by others will void this guarantee.
  • Repairs to correct failures or malfunctions that are not considered manufacturing or workmanship defects, such as damage or malfunctions resulting from fire, water, storms, earthquake, faulty power supply, theft, riot, misuse, abuse, or an act of God are not covered.
  • The cost of parts not covered by a manufacturer's or extended warranty, including freight, are the responsibility of the equipment owner.
  • We shall not be responsible for any loss, damage or injury resulting from delay in rendering repairs by the terms of this guarantee, and in no event will we be liable for incidental or consequential damages.
