Warranty Guarantee
What Is It?
Warranty coverages on plumbing, heating, and cooling systems are usually dependent on
proper routine maintenance. Lots of companies will perform routine maintenance, but only
Church will guarantee that your warranty will remain
in full effect.
What Is Covered?
We will cover the cost of any warranty claims that are declined by the manufacturer and/or
extended warranty provider due to maintenance issues.
What Are The Requirements/Limitations?
- You must be in good standing as either a Maintenance PlusSM
Standard or Premium customer.
- You must follow our maintenance recommendations (i.e., service intervals, filter
replacement schedule, humidifier servicing, etc.).
- We will only cover the cost of parts and/or labor that would have been covered
by the manufacturer and/or extended warranty provider (i.e., we will only cover
the cost of the parts for a parts-only warranty).
- Any repair services must be performed by our technicians.
