All of our prices include permits, delivery, taxes, standard installation,
and removal within our service area. Our technician will double check
your situation before beginning the installation to make sure nothing else
is required.
For Your Business:
Most offices can use a residential style water heater without any concern.
If your aren’t sure, or if your need a water heater for a large office,
restaurant, apartment building, or hotel you should request a sizing
recommendation.

All of our services are covered by a minimum one year warranty against defects in materials
and/or workmanship in addition to the manufacturer’s warranties; however, many people want
some additional peace of mind. After all, the average water heater lasts only 9 to 12 years2.
Our extended warranties cover the repair or replacement3 of
your new water heater for up to 10 full years. There are no deductibles or copayments -- just
the peace of mind that comes from knowing that you won’t have to worry about hot water
for a long, long time.
