Save $2,270 On Your New Heating And Cooling System!
Save $3,470 On Your New Heating And Cooling System!

I know what you are probably thinking... “What do I have to do to ‘save’ $2,970?” A headline like this usually has some sort of a catch to go along with it. Most companies inflate their prices so that they can give a big discount.

This Is Not A Gimmick!
Events have conspired to maximize your savings. Between the Federal enconomic stimulus legislation and rebates from NIPSCO and the State of Indiana, you can save as much as $2,270 on a new high efficiency heating and cooling system!

Here Are The Details:
The $2,270 savings is comprised of two separate rebates and one tax credit. You must qualify for each of these incentives to recognize the full savings.

Federal Tax Credit1 Up To $1,500
NIPSCO Rebate2 Up To $270
State of Indiana Rebate3 Up To $500
Total Savings Up To $2,270

How Much Will This Cost?
The cost for a replacement heating and cooling system does vary from home to home based on a variety of factors such as size of home, difficulty of installation, types of accessories, etc. In order to get the maximum savings of $2,270, your qualifying purchase would have to total at least $5,000. You don’t have to spend that much, however, to qualify for at least part of the rebates. You can purchase a furnace for a typical 1,800 to 2,000 square foot home for as little as $2,514 that could qualify for rebates and tax credits of up to $1,504!

If you don’t have that kind of money lying around (most of us don’t!), we have plenty of easy financing options available. Qualified buyers can take advantage of 12-Months, Same-As-Cash or 9.9% APR financing with approved credit. If you want to make sure that you qualify for financing before you have someone out to your home, just give us a call and we can get you preapproved.
