Cheryl Toth

	Steve Bass Steve became a part of the Church team in 1997. He has more than 20 years experience in the heating and cooling industry, and is also a Plumbing Apprentice. Steve installs heating and cooling systems for our New Construction, Replacement, and Remodeling departments.

	Mark Braun Mark rejoined our Service Department in October, 2007 as a heating and cooling technician. He currently lives in Goshen with his wife and two children.

	Matt Brownbridge Matt joined our team in 2005 after graduating from the Penn High School Building Trades program. He is currently a Warehouse Clerk, but can usually be found on a job site as a Skilled Laborer. In addition to being a promising technician, Matt is also an Eagle Scout.

	Mary C Church (contact) Mary is one of the co-founders of Church Plumbing and Heating. She and Mike Church Sr. started the company out of their home in 1984. After two years, they moved the rapidly growing business to its current location on Oakland Avenue in Elkhart. Mary has acted in numerous roles for the company, including Receptionist, Bookkeeper, Controller, and General Manager.

	Michael D Church (contact) Mike graduated from the Penn High School Building Trades program in 1974 and worked in various construction related positions until he took a job with Reith Plumbing and Heating. He quickly became a lead technician and an accomplished system designer. When he decided that he wanted to start his own business in 1982, he left Reith to avoid any conflict of interest. For the next two years Mike worked as the facilities manager for St. Vincent de Paul Church and School in Elkhart, and co-founded Church Plumbing and Heating with Mary Church in 1984. Mike has performed duties ranging from Technician to General Manager, and is currently our Operations Manager.

	Michael J Church (contact) Michael has been working for the family business ever since his junior year in high school. He started in the warehouse sweeping floors and delivering parts. After graduating in May of 1996 he began working in the office full time, where he spent two years answering phones and performing data entry tasks. He was then promoted to Service Dispatcher and eventually to Service Manager. Since 2000 he has been in the Sales Department. Michael is responsible for much of the technical design work for both residential and commercial heating and cooling systems, as well as most of the marketing for the company.

	Dennis Giles (contact) Dennis joined our sales team in November, 2006. He has more than 20 years of experience in building material sales, and is eager to expand his construction knowledge to include the plumbing, heating, and cooling fields.

	Nancy Gomez (contact) Nancy joined Church in 2004 after having purchased a new heating and cooling system from us. While her official title is Sales Coordinator, she wears a number of hats including Service Dispatcher, Receptionist, and Accounting Assistant. In addition to being a versatile team member, Nancy also speaks fluent Spanish.

	Mary Beth Greer (contact) Mary Beth joined our team as Project Estimator in February, 2007, and is in the process of training to become our Office Manager. When she is not working, Mary Beth enjoys playing volleyball and spending time with her son.

	Matt Healey With seven years of experience, Matt is the senior Plumbing Technician in our Service Department. When Matt isn't helping our customers with their plumbing needs, his time is spent being a single dad to his four-year-old daughter.

	Jason Helmuth Jason became a heating and cooling installer for Church Plumbing and Heating in 2005. He is an accomplished sheetmetal worker, and sometimes handles on-call duties for the heating and cooling side of our Service Department.

	Rod Herring Rod came to us with 25+ years of experience in the plumbing trade. He is currently a Plumbing Installer in our New Construction department. Rod is our lead plumber for homes built by Weiss Homes, Inc.

	Dennis Hershberger Dennis has a large variety of experience in the construction trades. He handles plumbing for our New Construction, Replacement, and Remodeling departments. Dennis holds contractor’s licenses for mechanical, plumbing, and electrical.

	Mark Josselyn (contact) Mark has been described by customers and coworkers as “one of the nicest people you'll ever meet”. He comes to us with over 20 years of professional sales and customer service experience and has also worked as an EMT and more recently as a sales representative for Harley-Davidson. In his off time, he enjoys going to Chicago, riding his Harley, and playing with his two big dogs - Max the Wonder Dog and Abby Normal.

	Aubrey Kildow (contact) After spending seven years as our Service Manager, Aubrey decided that she was ready for a new challenge. She joined our sales team as a Sales Specialist in July, 2007. You'll still hear from Aubrey as she makes “Happy Calls” after your service appointments.

	Gabe Korn Gabe joined our team as a Service Technician in 2006. He has also worked for Weaver Heating and BW Heating and Cooling.

	Ken Sanders Ken joined our team in 1997 with more than 30 years of experience in the heating and cooling industry. He is one of our lead technicians in our Replacement and Remodeling departments, and is a skilled sheetmetal worker.

	Brad Sears Brad joined our Service Department in July of 2007 as a Plumbing Technician. His superior mechanical abilities also allow him to service your heating and cooling systems.

	Cheryl Toth (contact) Cheryl joined us as our Service Manager in June of 2007, bringing more than 20 years of experience in the service industry. 	Chad Winchester Chad has been a part of the Church family since he and Michael started kindergarten together. He started with the company in 2001 as a Warehouse Clerk. His attention to detail and perseverance lead him to his current position in the New Construction Department.
